Investment Opportunities

Central Coast local government councils are working with the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation and other key partners to bring new exciting investment opportunities to the area. These include the development of the Mount Penang Parklands site at Kariong, The Landing at Gosford waterfront and the Warnervale Town Centre, as well as the implementation of the Gosford City Centre Masterplan.
